The Grade 7 journey

PEP Placement
Receive your child's Ministry of Education placement to Meadowbrook.

Acceptance Letter
Confirm acceptance with the Admissions Office within the published window.

Document Submission
Submit birth certificate, PEP results, immunisation records, and proof of address.

Orientation & Registration
Attend the Grade 7 orientation day with parent or guardian.

Transferring into Meadowbrook
- 1
Submit Transfer Request
Complete the transfer application available from the Admissions Office or online.

Provide Records
Submit transcripts, conduct report, and a letter of standing from your current school.

Interview
Student and parent interview with the Vice-Principal or Dean.
- 4
Placement Decision
Offer subject to available space in the requested grade.

Registration
Complete enrolment, uniform fitting, and class assignment.

Auxiliary fee note
As a government-assisted school, Meadowbrook does not charge tuition. A modest auxiliary contribution supports co-curricular activities, technology, and facilities.
