Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic direction and approve the long-term plan of the school.
  • Oversee financial stewardship, budgets, audits, and capital projects.
  • Approve major policies on curriculum, student welfare, and staffing.
  • Support the Principal in the day-to-day leadership of the school.
  • Represent the interests of the Church, parents, alumni, staff, and students.
  • Ensure compliance with the Education Act of 1980 and Ministry guidelines.
